Frequently Asked Questions - CE

For Home Study Programs

1. As you watch and listen to the program you can complete the CE test. Online tests can be completed after you view the streaming video or audio download. The online test includes the Feedback Survey/Evaluation at the end of the survey.
2. If you purchase an online streaming video or audio download, you can take the test online or submit a paper tests that can be printed out.
3. Submit the completed CE Test and Feedback Form/Evaluation either online or send it to J&K by mail, fax, or attach a scanned copy of your test with an email to jk@jkseminars.com.
4. If you pass the test with a minimum 75% score, we email (or mail) you a CE Certificate. There is no time limit to submit a CE test.

For Live Seminars

1. Initial the sign in sheets to verify your attendance
2. Completed and hand in our Feedback Form at the end of the seminar.
3. Pick up your CE Certificate at the end of the seminar.
4. There is no posttest to complete except for those requesting Act48 credit.

For Live Webinars:

The log in and out record automatically records your attendance.

1. Log in to our zoom meeting by clicking the link in the email sent to you by the start of the webinar.
2. Log off at the lunch break and click the afternoon zoom link to log back in before the start of the afternoon session.
3. Log off at the end of each day.
4. At the end of the webinar, we email you a link to complete a required online feedback form/evaluation.
5. There is no posttest to complete except for those requesting Act48 credit.
6. We email and mail you a CE Certificate a week after the webinar once your attendance has been verified.

The number of CE credits is equal to the number of program hours (12 hour program = 12 CE credits).
