CAN I ASK QUESTIONS OR MAKE COMMENTS DURING THE WEBINAR?

The webinar has a Q&A feature for you to type in your questions or comments.  We will read your questions and comments to the speaker.  For example, we might say, “we have a question from an attendee who asks…”   You will be able to hear the response to your question as part of the webinar.  
Due to the large number of questions we receive during a webinar, not all questions will be addressed during the program.  The presenter contact information is included on the handout cover to email questions.

The CHAT Feature can be used to ask questions to J&K staff specifically pertaining to administrative issues. Occassionally, the CHAT room will be opened up for participants to make comments that the speaker and all participants can view. Typically, only J&K Staff can read the CHAT questions.
