WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY HOME STUDY PROGRAM?

If you purchase your program as a streaming video or audio download, your program is available to you in approximately 30 minutes. You must complete your purchase and then exit. Wait for approximately 30 minutes while your program downloads into your account. Enter MY ACCOUNT with your user ID and password, click on PURCHASED PROGRAMS and the titles of any programs you purchased will be listed. Click on the title of the program you want to listen to or watch and the audio download or streaming video will be on the next page along with the tabs to TAKE YOUR CE TEST and PROGRAM HANDOUTS. If you do not see the TAKE YOUR CE TEST, you must disable your pop up blocker. This may affect the availability of the online test.
