Advanced Clinical Supervision
This workshop is designed to challenge what it means to be a supervisor. You will learn how to use your clinical skills to train and support supervisees while ensuring quality. Through role-plays, demonstrations, videos, lecture, and examples, you will learn how to avoid common mistakes, deal with anxious students, empower seasoned clinicians, and address ethical & liability issues. At the core we’ll walk through the stages of clinical development so you can anticipate and address the challenges and dangers ahead as your supervisees hone their skills.
